Accessing The Clinic
Our surgeons consult from the Calvary Adelaide Hospital Consulting Suites, located on the hospital’s first floor.
Your GP or medical practitioner can make an appointment for you, or you can book it online yourself here.
In order to be seen, you will need a referral from your GP or another medical practitioner, however, if you are a patient booking your own consult, an appointment can be made prior to receiving your referral letter.
Your referral letter can be sent to us directly via email (admin@adfrac.com.au) or fax (08) 7077 0154, however, if you are given the letter please make sure you bring it with you to your appointment.
What Do I Bring?
Clinic Fees
Initial Consultation $200.00 ($75.05 Medicare rebate)
Subsequent Consultation $100.00 ($37.70 Medicare rebate)
Dressings and bandages etc are included in the consultation fee however if splints, plasters or external devices such as vacuum dressings are required there will be additional charges.

Patient Bookings
Patients can book their appointment with any surgeon using the booking system below. Whilst you will require a referral letter from a Doctor in order to be seen, an appointment can be made prior to visiting your GP and receiving your letter.
If you are unable to obtain a referral letter from your Doctor, our Sports Physicians at the Wakefield Sports Medical Centre can facilitate a referral for you. Contact our AdFrac Clinic on 08 7077 0153 to organise your appointment with the Sports Clinic before visiting one of our physicians.
